| ① First contact | Please send an e-mail from the inquiry e-mail form installed on this homepage. The email should include the number or characteristics of the puppy you want, your name and the country you live in. |
| ② Reservation | After paying the deposit, the puppy will be reserved for you. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled due to your personal reasons. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account if the reservation is canceled due to my personal reasons or the puppy's health. |
| ③ Investigation of transportation methods and laws | Depending on your country and state, the transportation method and entry requirements for that puppy will differ. After confirming the shipping method and checking all the conditions necessary for the puppy to enter your country, I will charge you the total amount including the shipping cost. (The deposit will be deducted from the total amount) |
| ④ Payment | Please transfer the amount to our bank account within one week from the date we notify you of the amount charged. If the sales contract is canceled due to customer's convenience after payment, the price cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation due to my convenience or the health condition of the puppy, I will refund the price. We will purchase puppy's flight ticket as soon as we receive your payment. If your payment is late, the airfare may change and the transportation cost may increase, or the flight date may be postponed. |
| ⑤ Export quarantine inspection | Puppy will undergo an export quarantine inspection before the export date. |
| ⑥ Flight | Puppy flies as carry-on baggage for people. Shikoku puppies are too big to fit in the cabin, but are transported safely in an air-conditioned room. |
| ⑦ Pick up | Pick up your puppy to the airport on time for your puppy's arrival in your country. After completing immigration formalities for the puppy, the carrier will take the puppy to a prearranged location within the airport. Puppy is in crates so you don't need to bring another crate. It is useful to bring cleaning supplies such as drinking water and towels, as well as a collar and reins. |

| Export quarantine inspection fee | The cost to undergo an export quarantine inspection in Japan is 60,000 yen to 78,000 yen, including all transportation expenses. Puppies departing from Itami Airport or Kansai Airport: 60,000 yen The difference in price is due to transportation costs within Japan. |
| Commercial import Fee | This fee is not required when purchasing a puppy as a pet. If you want to import a puppy for commercial use instead of as a pet, you will need various preparations and a long period of time. Therefore, we will let you know the cost after investigating whether it is possible for us. Please understand that we may decline your offer depending on the laws required by your country. |
| Flight ticket fee | This fee is not required if you come to Japan to pick up the puppy. The cost of transportation for a carrier to bring a puppy to your country varies by country and season. |
| Other expenses | Transport crate, 2 doses of combination vaccine, rabies vaccine, health check, microchip, NIPPO pedigree(English translated), JKC export pedigree, Any other costs for special treatment required by your country These costs will be finalized after the quotation. |
| Puppy custody fee | If the export date of the puppy is delayed due to the customer's circumstances and the puppy needs to be kept in our kennel for a long period of time, a storage fee of 30,000 yen will be charged every month. Japanese law allows puppies to be exported after 91 days of age. |
| Overseas remittance receipt fee | this is the fee for Japanese banks to receive remittances from overseas. |
